Edarat Group Project Managers are members of the PMI and adhere to the highest international standards for Project Management in the application of their knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to project activities to meet project requirements. From an Implementation Approach Edarat Group has set a mechanism to ensure that the project requirements and customer business objectives are met with the required quality standards.

 

Accordingly, the PM Methodology applied for project management is accomplished through the use of processes such as: initiation, planning, executing, controlling, and closing. Whilst the project management knowledge typically involves areas related to the scope, time, cost, risk, quality, and communication.

 

 

 

 THE PROJECT PLAN WILL ENTAIL DETAIL DESCRIPTION OF THE FOLLOWING COMPONENTS: 

 

Scope: The scope will ensure that the project will include all the work required, and only the work required, to complete the project successfully. It consists of scope definition, scope verification, and scope change control.

Time: The planned time required to ensure completion of the project is estimated after defining all activities, and sequencing, including duration estimation, and schedule control.

 

 

Cost: In order to ensure that the project is completed within approved budget. Edarat Group PM and Team have allocated the necessary resources and costs to carry out project activities within budget, in addition to cost control procedures.
Risk: Edarat Group PM is required to identify, analyze and how to respond and mitigate project risks in coordination with client Project Sponsor in the Initiation Phase of the project.

 

 

Quality: System Specification Documentation (SSD), Preliminary (PAT) and Final Acceptance Test Plans (FAT), and Solution Integration Testing (SIT) are all required to ensure that the project satisfies the needs for which it was undertaken, namely for quality assurance and quality control purposes.
Communication: Edarat Group PM will ensure timely and appropriate, generation, collection, dissemination, storage, and ultimate disposition of project information. Edarat Group PM and client appointed Project Sponsor will duly agree on the escalation procedure on behalf of each party.
